Management Support
Our guest management team is on-hand to provide 24/7 support, addressing any issues as they arise. Our
accounting team deals with payments, platform fees, taxes and insurance; while our admin support team
ensures compliance with the Dubai government. Our client support team is also available via our app or

Listing Management

- 4. Interior Design / Styling
We do full Interior Design or minimum Styling – depending on what is needed.
- 5. Maintenance Works
Our Maintenance Team oversees fixing anything outstanding to ensure property is equipped for guests.
- 6. Photography & Listing
Contract is signed and on-boarding begins including property registration with DET.
- 7. Guest Management + App Access
BigChillStays manages guests going forward, with the calendar fully live and accessible on the Owner
App.
