Management Support

Our guest management team is on-hand to provide 24/7 support, addressing any issues as they arise. Our accounting team deals with payments, platform fees, taxes and insurance; while our admin support team ensures compliance with the Dubai government. Our client support team is also available via our app or by email for any queries

Listing Management

Our in-house writing team and professional photography team will create the perfect profile to appeal to guests. Using our market knowledge, we can highlight your property’s top features to help it attract utmost attention.

Cleaning & Maintenance

We provide premium cleaning services between stays to ensure total guest satisfaction and plenty of five-star reviews. We also deal with any maintenance issues that arise and quickly resolve them, so that your home can remain in top condition and be enjoyed to its full potential.

Interior Design

If your property needs furnishing, we offer bespoke interior design services with a rapid turnaround time. From utilities and furniture to art and accessories, we can finish your home to a premium standard so that it looks first-rate and attracts guests all year round.

Estimate Revenue

Once you’ve reached out to us, the pricing team will send you a revenue projection based on your property’s size, location and features. While figures can vary, we’ll manage your property so that positive ratings and bookings keep on coming — ensuring that you receive maximum revenue for stays in your home.

Our dedicated Inspectors do a full assessment of the property to gauge Interior Design or Maintenance needs.

4. Interior Design / Styling

We do full Interior Design or minimum Styling – depending on what is needed.

5. Maintenance Works

Our Maintenance Team oversees fixing anything outstanding to ensure property is equipped for guests.

6. Photography & Listing

Contract is signed and on-boarding begins including property registration with DET.

7. Guest Management + App Access

BigChillStays manages guests going forward, with the calendar fully live and accessible on the Owner App.
